Ingredients
Fresh or frozen piece of salmon
Lemon juice from one lemon
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 dashes of soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Baste the top of the salmon with the marinade and sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper. Place the salmon on a oiled, hot grill with the skin side facing up. Grill the fish for approximately two to three minutes. You should see grill marks showing on the salmon. Baste the top of the fish (skin side) and then turn the salmon over. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Baste the top of the fish and then turn again. Cook for another 2-3 minutes but do not overcook.
