4 salmon steaks
1/2 cup of pineapple or orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
Marinate the salmon steaks for 30 to 45 minutes. Grill the steaks over medium high heat for around 5 minutes per side. Baste the steaks with the leftover marinade and serve.
Italian Style Grilled Salmon
4 tuna salmon steaks
2 tsp basil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp oregano
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp thyme, salt and pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
Combine the above ingredients and marinate the steaks for 30 minutes. Place on the grill and grill for about 5 minutes per side or until the salmon steaks flake easily.
Lime Grilled Salmon
This is a very tasty and tangy grilled salmon recipe.
Ingredients
4 salmon steaks
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive
Juice from two limes
3 finely chopped green onions
½ tsp sugar
hot pepper sauce to taste
Combine all of the ingredients and pour over the salmon steaks. Refrigerate for an hour. Grill the salmon steaks over a medium hot grill for four to five minutes per side.
