2 pounds salmon

2 egg whites

Directions

Remove skin from the salmon. Mince salmon and place in a large plastic bag. Use a meat pounder or a rolling pin to mash the salmon. Place mashed salmon in a mixing bowl and combine with the egg whites, bread crumbs, mustard, dill and salt. Form into four patties. Place the patties on a grill and cook four to five minutes per side on medium heat. If cooking the patties on top of the stove, first heat up the olive oil in a pan on medium heat and then cook the salmon patties five minutes on each side. Serve salmon burgers on toasted buns.

1 quart milk
